On 20 September 2024, H.E. Mr. Atipat Rojanapaibulya, Ambassador of Thailand to Timor-Leste, hosted a luncheon to welcome delegates from Thai civil society participating in the ASEAN Civil Society Conference/ASEAN Peoples’ Forum (ACSC/APF) 2024. The conference, held from 19 to 21 September 2024 in Dili, was organized under the theme “Toward a People-Led Democracy and Sovereignty in Southeast Asia” and was officially opened by President José Ramos-Horta.
