On 17 January 2018, Ms. Acharapan Yavaprapas, Chargé d'affaires A.I and Mr. Jatupon Innachit, Second Secretary of the Royal Thai Embassy in Dili, called on Dr. Rajesh Pandav, World Health Organisation (WHO) Representative to Timor-Leste to discuss possible cooperation on public health between Thailand, Timor-Leste and WHO.
