The Royal Thai Embassy in Dili organized the wreath-laying ceremony on King Chulalongkorn Memorial Day 23 October 2020 at the Royal Thai Embassy. The ceremony was presided over by Mr. Ekapol Poolpipat, Ambassador. The officials of the Embassy also attended the ceremony.
